Our Roots and the Importance of Community

Anna Petruolo

Anna grew up in Buffalo, New York where she lived until her wanton spirit drove her west in 1996. The majority of her years were spent in the retail industry learning about people.

In 2006 she decided to put the skills from her retail history with her family background in Italian cooking and became a personal chef. Since then, Anna has enjoyed getting to know local farmers and mastering food seasonality.

Anna treasures the relationships she has made and the knowledge of local food in the Greater Vancouver area. She donates her time and talents to many local organizations and is currently a board member with the Clark County Food System Council.

Lisa Robbins

Lisa grew up in the Brush Prairie/Hockinson area among gardens and pastures, she appreciates the work and love that goes into growing our food. The big city life in Vancouver had led her astray for a time, eating less fresh and more prepared. After meeting Anna and tasting her love for cooking ...the outcome was obvious. Chef meets fresh, and the rest is savory.

Lisa is a regular mentor for at-risk youth in the community with Clark County Juvenile Justice Centers restorative community service program.
